Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Nudl service ("Service"), provided by Nudl ("Nudl", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately upon learning of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("User Content") to generate prototypes. You are responsible for the User Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such User Content on and through the Service, solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You retain any and all of your rights to any User Content you submit.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Upload or transmit viruses, or any other type of malicious code.
• Interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled by you or by us.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall Nudl, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
